Udstillingens fire kuratorer er galerist ved Museumsbygningen Banja Rathnov, AD’er ved Kunde & Co Niels Gjerding, fotograf på Politikken Peter Hove Olsen og Kristine Kern, som er leder af Fotografisk Center. Kuratorerne er frie i deres billedvalg. Udstillingens endelige form fastlægges først, når alle billeder er fundet og med det sigte at vise de mange forskellige kvaliteter i det professionelle fotografiske univers.
